How to make Lemongrass Masala Chai

    • Step 1 Boil water

      To make this quick aromatic tea, take a vessel and water, allow the water to boil and add the washed lemongrass stalks, cardamom, star anise, cloves, cinnamon stick. Cover with a lid and let it simmer

    • Step 2 Allow the tea to absorb the flavours

      Next, add in the tea leaves along with sugar. Once done just turn off the flame and let the spices and herbs absorb the flavours.

    • Step 3 Add milk and enjoy

      Add milk to the blend and stir it nicely. Boil the blend for 5 minutes and turn off the flame. Strain the tea and serve with your fabourite snacks.
