How to make Lima Edamame Barley Pesto Salad

  • Step 1 Boil the veggies and barley

    In a pressure cooker, boil lima beans, and green beans together for 1-2 whistles. Next, boil barley pearls in a pan, and make sure they are soft and chewy.

  • Step 2 Make Pesto dressing

    Now, in a blender jar, add all the dressing ingredients, and make sure to wash basil leaves before adding in this jar. Blend together to make Pesto paste.
