In a pressure cooker, boil lima beans, and green beans together for 1-2 whistles. Next, boil barley pearls in a pan, and make sure they are soft and chewy.
Now, in a blender jar, add all the dressing ingredients, and make sure to wash basil leaves before adding in this jar. Blend together to make Pesto paste.
Transfer the boiled and cut beans in a bowl and pour 1-2 tbsp of this pesto paste and serve fresh. Enjoy!
