To begin with this delicacy, wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Take a knife and make incisions, starting from the centre, cut it in half but not all the way through, leave it joined at the side. Cut the chicken breasts in a way that it forms the shape of a heart when it is opened.
Next, place the chicken breasts over a cling film leaving space all around for it to get flatten. Next, take a rolling pin and gently roll over the chicken breasts and flatten them gently. Make them as thin as possible.
Now, take 3 different big plates or flat platters. Put flour in one, second beaten egg and in the third put the breadcrumbs. Next, season the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper and mixed herbs ( like dried oregano, rosemary, thyme ) you can even use Italian mixed herbs. However, in this recipe we have used salt, pepper and Italian herbs for seasoning, you can add your own twist of spices to season the breadcrumbs.
