First things first, this recipe is completely sugarfree, so it can be enjoyed by everyone. It is prepared using carrots, ghee, cardamom powder, milk, sugarfree rabri, refined flour, aniseed, khoya and garnished with flaked pistachios and almonds. The homemade crepes are wrapped around the traditional Gajar ka Halwa in this recipe. This carrot pudding stuffed dessert will take your taste buds on a heavenly ride. It is served alongside the bed of sugarfree saffron rabri. You can also serve it at kitty parties, anniversaries and potlucks. It can be your Holi dinner dessert.   • Step 1

    To prepare this delicious dessert, first cook the carrot halwa using the carrots, milk, ghee, pistachio flakes, and cardamom powder. Once done, keep it aside.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, whisk the flour, milk, flour, mawa (khoya), aniseed and cardamom powder properly. Using this mixture prepare crepes in a non-stick pan.

  • Step 3

    Once done, stuff the crepes with the gajar ka halwa. Cut into desired shapes.

  • Step 4

    Transfer the stuffed crepes to a serving platter. Place them on one corner alongside the bed of sugar-free saffron rabri. Garnish with flaked pistachios and almonds. Serve.
