Peel the boiled potato, grate it and mix it with minced lamb, beaten egg, chopped parsley and finely chopped onion.
Mould the mixture into balls, flatten them slightly and roll them in refined flour.
Heat the oil in a pan. Shallow fry the meatballs from both sides until they turn golden brown in colour.
Once crispy, Moroccan Meatballs are now ready to be served. Enjoy!
