Blend the cashews in a mixer grinder till they turn into a coarse powder.
Now sieve the powdered cashews to ensure that there is no lump.
Mix sugar and khoya in a separate bowl.
Transfer the sugar-khoya mixture into a pan. Add 1/2 cup water and stir for 5 minutes. Eventually, sugar gets dissolved and the mixture gets thickened.
Add in cardamom powder, ghee and the powdered cashews into it. Stir continuously to form a smooth paste.
Don't overcook if you want to keep the fudge softer.
