How to make Chilli Soya Nuggets

  • Step 1 Marinate the soya chunks

    To prepare this dish, first, mix soya chunks, cornflour, salt and garlic paste in a pan together. Using hands, mix the ingredients very well. Keep this mix aside undisturbed until needed next.

  • Step 2 Shallow fry the soya chunks

    Now, heat oil in a pan over a medium flame. Once the oil heats sufficiently, add in the marinated soya chunks. Shallow fry and then remove from heat.

  • Step 3 Saute vegetables with sauces

    Next, heat the oil left over after frying the soya chunks. Once the oil is heated, add chopped onions, chopped capsicum and chopped green chillies. Saute for a minute and then add salt with Ajinomoto, soya sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Cook this mix for 3-5 minutes.

  • Step 4 Add soya chunks and serve hot
