To prepare this dish, first, mix soya chunks, cornflour, salt and garlic paste in a pan together. Using hands, mix the ingredients very well. Keep this mix aside undisturbed until needed next.
Now, heat oil in a pan over a medium flame. Once the oil heats sufficiently, add in the marinated soya chunks. Shallow fry and then remove from heat.
Next, heat the oil left over after frying the soya chunks. Once the oil is heated, add chopped onions, chopped capsicum and chopped green chillies. Saute for a minute and then add salt with Ajinomoto, soya sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Cook this mix for 3-5 minutes.
