Pick fresh cilantro with stem intact and rinse it in water to remove dirt.
It’s best to leave the stem on, as it contains many flavours and nutrients. Now add cilantro to a blender and blend it with all ingredients like garlic, green chillies, ginger, salt, tamarind and some fresh mint leaves.
Take out the thick sauce/chutney in a bowl. Add lemon juice, give a mix and serve. Enjoy!
