Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add chopped bell pepper and garlic. Roast them for 8-10 minutes. Now let them cool down a bit.
Add the roasted bell pepper and garlic to a blender. Also add boiled chickpeas, salt, cumin powder, paprika powder, olive oil, tahini, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Blend in batches to form a smooth mixture.
Take out in a serving bowl and your hummus is ready.
