  • Step 1 Clean the fish

    Wash and clean the fish nicely. Drain the excess water and pat dry the fish.

  • Step 2 Whisk the marinade

    Next, take a bowl and add in the spices, hung curd, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chilies and 1 handful coriander leaves. marinate the fish pieces and refrigerate for an hour.

  • Step 3 Serve hot and enjoy

    Add oil to the pan and fry the marinated fish for 10-15 minutes by flipping sides. In the meantime, take a bowl add lime juice, 1 handful coriander leaves and salt, whisk and brush the fish with this mixture. Once the fish is cooked properly. Serve hot and enjoy.
