  • Step 1

    Place a pan over medium flame, add water and immerse chicken in it. Let this simmer for some time. Once done, drain the water and keep the chicken aside.

    Chop onions, ginger, garlic, celery, carrots and radish. Take another pan and place it over a medium flame. Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, celery, carrots, radish and bok choy to it and saute them. Add boiled chicken to these vegetables and mix well.

    Once the chicken turns tender, add peppercorns, salt, pepper, cinnamon, fennel seeds and cloves to it and saute until you can smell the aroma of these spices.

  • Step 4

    Chop green chilies and coriander leaves. Now pour water in this till all ingredients are immersed and add chopped green chili and coriander leaves to it. Cover with a lid and let it boil. Once it reaches a boil, lower the flame and let it cook until chicken turns soft.

  • Step 5

    Once done, season it with soy sauce, malt vinegar, lime juice and sugar. Stir it well and then take the chicken pieces out from the soup. Now chop the chicken to fine pieces and immerse them again in the broth.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
