To start with, take a chopping board and chop cucumber, green chilies, tomato and coriander leaves on it. Take a bowl and mix coconut milk and gram flour in it. Mix it well and let no lumps remain. Keep it aside.
Take a non-stick pan, keep it on medium flame and heat oil in it. Add the cumin seeds in it and stir till they splutter.
Add the green chilies and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add the coconut-gram flour mixture in the pan and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Stir continuously.
Add the tomatoes, cucumber, peanuts, salt and ½ cup of water.
Mix everything together and cook for about 5 mintus. Keep stirring side by side.
Garnish with coriander and red chili powder if you want. Serve Hot.
